How long does it take to create a ceremony?
This depends on the type of service, but I will always work with you at a pace that feels comfortable. I allow time for conversations, writing, reviewing and making any changes you would like.
Can we make changes to the ceremony script?
Yes. You will always stay in control. I will provide a draft of the ceremony, and you can request amendments until you are completely happy.
Do you meet families in person?
Yes, I can meet with you and your family in person where possible. I can also arrange meetings via Zoom or FaceTime if that is more convenient.
What if we don’t know what to include in the ceremony?
That’s completely normal. I will help guide you by listening to your stories, memories and wishes, and help shape a ceremony that feels right for you and your loved one.
What types of music, readings or poems can we choose?
You can choose any music, hymns, poems or readings that are meaningful to you and reflect the person being honoured.
How personal will the ceremony be?
Every ceremony is fully bespoke. I take time to learn about the person’s life, personality, values and story to create a truly unique farewell.
